A good business! This 110-hectare wine-growing estate offers you 55 hectares of planted vineyards and 28 hectares with planting rights. The Corbières appellation, the remainder vin de pays and vin de cépages. House with garden and swimming pool (work to be carried out). A renovated gîte completes the accommodation. The outbuildings include an 8,000 hl wine storehouse in two parts: a traditional, well-equipped 1,000 m2 concrete cellar with a new, double-skin clad cellar as an extension. With its stainless steel vats, the cellar enables the wines to be vinified, stored and matured in optimum conditions. Annual production is around 3,000 hl, with the possibility of increasing the vineyard to 110 hectares (around 6,000 hl). Marketing: 1/3 in bottles and 2/3 in bulk. The cultivation and treatment equipment is complete.
